How many of us give up the creature comforts of life in America to serve others in a dangerous and uncomfortable place like El Salvador at that time? Even if we may justify ourselves by listing the "good deeds" we do in our life, these ladies remind us that it is the sacrifice we ourselves make for others that shows true devotion. The amount of money we may give is nothing compared to the sacrifice of time and lives these fine ladies made. There story is not forgotten, and like Christ, it took their death to really teach us all the necessary lesson.
